Tasting Notes:
On the nose, aromas of dark wild berries, red cherries, followed by a touch of spice. The dark wild berries, cherries and strawberries, with a touch of wood and pepper are also encountered on the palate with smooth tannins and a persistent finish.
Aging: Alcoholic fermentation controlled in low temperature and extended post-fermentation maceration.
