Soil: Silty loam with clay.

Acidity: 6.8 gr/ltr                                         Residual Sugar: 3.6 gr/ltr

Tasting Notes:. The wine is bursting with flavours of tropical fruit, pineapple, and fresh cut grass. The intense flavours of gooseberries and citrus fruits are noted on the palate, along with a bright, clean finish.

Winemaking: Fermentation was temperature controlled in stainless steel tanks. The controlled fermentation is used to maximize primary fruit aroma flavor. After completion of fermentation, parcels were selected to make the final blend.

Food Pairing: Ideal with  seafood, summer salads, or a sunny afternoon
