Winemaking: The inaugural 2022 vintage opens with dark fruit and focused herbal aromas, followed by roasted cranberry, currant, mint, violet, and a subtle smoky-mineral note. Vibrant acidity gives the wine lift and energy, while firm tannins carry the concentrated fruit through a long, grippy finish.  Persistence is approachable in spirit without sacrificing the structure and intensity that define Mount Veeder Cabernet. Enjoy it now with a generous decant, or allow additional cellar time for the tannins to soften and integrate.

Tasting Notes: Profile: With smooth and restrained tannins, the flavor profile of Mt Veeder is evident – dark black and blue fruits with a mid-palate of flint and red flavors. The finish lingers for a quite a memorable while.  Aging Potential: At least 15 years

Aging:  30 months in French oak (70% new & 30% used once)

Food Pairing: Serve it with light and mild-flavored foods.
