Tasting Notes. A full-bodied, single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from the acclaimed Stagecoach site in Napa Valley’s Atlas Peak AVA, Aromas of black raspberry tart, mocha raisinettes, and chocolate turtle. On the mid-palate, the wine's racy acidity gives a refreshing sensation before transitioning to a full-bodied flavor profile of dark cherry and cassis. The very long, complex, and continually changing finish is a progression of sustained ripe cherry fruit.
Aging: • 60% new oak (30% Treuil Terroir French oak, 20% Remond Alliers and 10% Icone E). Racked 3 times. 26 months in barrel
Food Pairing: Ideal for a variety of rich meat and vegetarian dishes.
