Tasting Notes. Packed with aromas, you first get notes of red fruits bursting from your glass, them pomegranate, cherry, and cranberry are accented by baking spices, white mushrooms, cocoa powder, and orange blossom.  The palate is lively with bright red fruit flavors and boasts tannins that provide a firm structure and backbone all wrapped in lovely acidity that drives throughout the wine and helps extend out a finish that brings home hints of citrus.

Aging:  10 months in barrel aged on 33% New French Oak

Food Pairing: Try pairing with traditional style ravioli filled with veal and finished with braised savoy and a pan sauce.
