Tasting Notes:  This robust red wine opens with blackberry, anise & pepper, finishing with smoky light tannins.

Vinification: Open -top fermentation, hand punch down three time daily. Neutral barrel aging for 10 months prior bottling.

Food Pairing:   Pairs exceptionally well with grilled meats, barbecue, and dishes with rich, savory flavors. Consider dishes like grilled sausages, ribs, brisket, or even a hearty beef stew.
