Tasting Notes:
Rich and intense aroma of blackberries, plum skins, cherries, dry potting soil and a little bay leaves. On the palate, it is full-bodied and dry with a good upright structure supported by a fine acidity and well-developed tannin. Again notes of dark berries but also traces of some minerality in the trailing edge. Lovely solid wine.
Aging: 12 months in oak barrels.
Food Pairing : Roasted, braised or grilled meats like beef and venison will love a red culotte roast. ”
