Tasting Notes:
Seamlessly silky texture makes this wine extremely drinkable. Plenty of classic Pinot Noir varietal fruitiness featuring red cherry and huckleberry notes. Oak notes of vanilla and fresh cut wood in the background give this wine a warmth that supports the fruitiness and makes it even easier to enjoy.
Aging: The wine was aged in French and American barrels for 10 months. Select lots were chosen for their contribution to the softness, fruitiness, and varietal expression of the final blend.
Food Pairing: Pepperoni pizza, Salmon, Beet salad with goat cheese
