Tasting Notes:
On the nose it offers typically mineral notes, ripe and elegant, well-defined aromas of blackcurrant, blueberries, plum jam, black cherry, pepper and dried violet. The palate is well balanced, harmonious, rich, warm and refined, endowed with sweet tannins that underline the long aromatic persistence and the satisfying and “juicy” finish
Vinification: The vinification carried out uncontrolled-temperature steel tanks in accordance to red wines tradition.
Aging: 6 months in the bottle
Food Pairing: Pair magnificently with fresh tomato sauces. Work well with more complex and earthy pasta sauces.
