Very pure, with cherry, raspberry and violet aromas and flavors clinging to the vibrant acidity and refined tannins. Builds to a long, fruit-filled finish. The silky texture only gives way to firm tannins at the end. Best from 2021 through 2038. 168 cases made.
Aging: Matured 15 months in oak barrels (50% new oak).
Food Pairing : Beef, Veal, Game (deer, venison), Poultry.
